Facebook

CampaignAmp can be connected to either an artist or a label page and used to gather insights from these pages using the modules listed below.  

Page Summary Module

This module provides overall summary data about your connected Facebook page. It displays data for the period that you have selected in your date range.

It is split into 2 sections:

  1. Page Engagement Insights
  2. Page Likes
  3. Page Comments
  4. Page Shares
  5. Page Post Insights (Split across Paid and Organic metrics)
  6. Impressions
  7. Reach
  8. 30 Second Video Views
  9. 3 Second Video Views

It will show positive growth period on period for any metric by displaying a green background and negative growth with a red background.

 

Page Summary Module (Keyword Mode)

This module is compatible with the Keyword module to display summary metrics for just the posts that contain the keyword that you are tracking.

You can tell if the module is in Keyword Mode as the section headings will change to:

  • Tracked Posts Engagement Insights
  • Tracked Posts Insights

 

Timeline Modules

The default page Facebook dashboard layout has two timelines at the top:

  • Page Reach (Paid Vs Organic): This displays the daily reach of the page or tracked posts over the date range selected.
  • Page Video Views (Paid Vs Organic): This displays the daily 30 second video views for the page or tracked posts for the date range selected.

Timeline Modules help you track page metrics over time. They are controlled by the date range selector and will display data for the period that is selected.

You can set/change the metrics these modules display in the settings area of the Timeline Module once it is on your dashboard. To access timeline settings, hover your mouse cursor over the module and click the cog wheel icon.

You can select from any metric at the bottom of the settings area and click ‘Save Settings’

Timeline Modules can be set to display daily or cumulative data. To change this, hover your mouse cursor over the module and select the timeline icon in the far right corner.

 

Page Post Keywords 

You can add keywords to this module to display more granular data for specific keywords contained within posts.

You can track multiple keywords at any time - and any displayed Metrics are a total across all keywords added to this module.

To see data for a specific keyword in this module simply click on the keyword in the module to set it as your focus keyword. This adds a lock icon against the keyword. To turn this off and go back to viewing metrics for all keywords, just click on the keyword again.

Please Note: Page Fan data is not available when using keyword tracking

 

Page Posts

The Page Posts module tracks all of the posts through the page that have had any interaction during the selected date range. When using keywords it will only display posts containing the keyword(s) added to the Page Post Keywords module.

The Page Posts module displays the following data:

  • Date and time of the post
  • Post thumbnail image
  • Post text including hyperlink to post
  • Post Type (Video, Photo or Link)
  • Post Reach (Paid & Organic)
  • Post Impressions (Paid & Organic)
  • Post 30 Sec Video Views (Video posts only)
  • Post Average Watch Time (Video posts only)
  • Post Likes, Comments & Shares

Click on any of the headings in the Page Posts module to sort posts by ascending/descending for insights about your most engaged-with posts.

 

Instagram

Account Post Keywords 

You can add keywords to this module to display more granular data for specific keywords contained within posts.

You can track multiple keywords at any time - and any displayed Metrics are a total across all keywords added to this module.

To see data for a specific keyword in this module simply click on the keyword in the module to set it as your focus keyword. This adds a lock icon against the keyword. To turn this off and go back to viewing metrics for all keywords, just click on the keyword again.

 

Posts

The Posts module tracks all of the posts through the page that have had any interaction during the selected date range.  When using keywords it will only display posts containing the keyword(s) added to the Account Post Keywords module.

The Posts module displays the following data:

  • Date and time of the post
  • Post text including hyperlink to post
  • Post Likes

Click on any of the headings in the Posts module to sort posts by ascending/descending for insights about your most engaged-with posts.

 

Twitter

Account Tweet Keywords 

You can add keywords to this module to display more granular data for specific keywords contained within tweets.

You can track multiple keywords at any time - and any displayed Metrics are a total across all keywords added to this module.

To see data for a specific keyword in this module simply click on the keyword in the module to set it as your focus keyword. This adds a lock icon against the keyword. To turn this off and go back to viewing metrics for all keywords, just click on the keyword again.

 

Page Tweets

The Tweets module tracks all of the tweets from the account that have had any interaction during the selected date range.  When using keywords it will only display tweets containing the keyword(s) added to the Account Tweet Keywords module.

The Tweets module displays the following data:

  • Date and time of the tweet
  • Tweet text including hyperlink to tweet
  • Tweet Retweets
  • Tweet Favourites

Click on any of the headings in the Tweets module to sort posts by ascending/descending for insights about your most engaged-with posts.
