Press Piece

Pick the 'Publication' option to add any Press activity to the Dashboard.

  1. WHEN - Add the date of the activity.
  2. WHO - Fill out the publication name, the section of that publication and the circulation figure. CampaignAmp will try to autocomplete these for you. Alternatively, you can paste a URL which should fill out the fields automatically.
  3. WHAT - Enter the type of Press activity such as Interview or Feature and add any notes for context. Pick the activity status and attach any relevant files (e.g. a press clipping). Any uploaded files will also appear in the Resource Bank.
  4. SAVE - Click the speech bubble to send a message to the team and save your update.

 

Quotes

Use this option to add great quotes from Writers, Editors, and others.

  1. WHEN - Add the date of the quote.
  2. WHO - Enter the publication details.
  3. WHAT - Add the quote itself.
  4. SAVE - Click the speech bubble to send a message to the team and save your update.

 

Quick-adding Information

You can also add Print activity directly into Modules.

You can do this in the Pitched, Declined, In Discussion, Confirmed and Published Modules as well as the Links Module. 

  1. Select the + icon at the top right of the Module.
  2. Paste your URL into the 'Published URL' field to auto-fill the Publication name and Circulation fields. If there is no published URL you can fill these fields in manually.
  3. Upload any accompanying files with the upload 'paperclip' icon to the right. If file is an official campaign asset then add it to 'Approved Campaign Assets', otherwise add it to another folder. Files uploaded without a folder selected appear directly in the Resource Bank.
  4. Click Save to add the activity into the Modules.

 

Direct Editing

Once your information is in the Modules you can edit it directly, so you don't have to click the edit pencil each time.

You can do this in the Pitched, Declined, In Discussion, Confirmed and Published Modules as well as the Links and Team Updates Modules.

  1. Double click on the entry you want to edit.
  2. Update the Date, Publication, Circulation, Section, Type, Content, Notes or the uploaded file.
  3. Click Save.

Capture is a quick way for you to add web content & social posts to your Print dashboard.

Once you've installed Capture, you can click to capture website and social content as you browse, then select all the content you want and add it to the Team Updates module in the Print dashboard of your chosen campaign.
