Retail Activity

Select this option to input Retail Activity.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHAT - Enter the formats and the costs for each, e.g. Vinyl at £16.99
  3. WHO - Pick a retailer and add any notes/costs, e.g. "End-of-aisle Marketing Pack at 40 stores".
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

Mobile Plan

Select this option to input Mobile advertising plans.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Enter the advertising provider
  3. WHAT - Fill out the format and position, expected impressions, the cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

Online Plan

Select this option to input Online advertising plans.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Enter the website
  3. WHAT - Choose the format and position, expected impressions, the cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

Outdoor Plan

Select this option to input Outdoor advertising plans.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Enter the advertising provider and the site
  3. WHAT - Fill out the size and distribution, the number of adverts, the cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

Press Plan

Select this option to input Press advertising plans.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Enter your chosen publication
  3. WHAT - Fill out the size, position, insertions, circulation , cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

Radio Plan

Select this option to input Mobile Plan details.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Select the Group, Network and/or Station from the dropdowns
  3. WHAT - Fill out the spot length & number, impressions, cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

 

TV Plan

Select this option to input Mobile Plan details.

  1. WHEN - Pick the start and end date for the activity
  2. WHO - Enter the channel, programme and region in the fields
  3. WHAT - Fill out the spot length, TV rating point / equivalent, daily impact, cost and then add any notes - you can also tick to confirm the activity
  4. SAVE - Customise & send a message and save your update to the campaign

Click here to download Capture from the Google Chrome Store.

Once you've installed Capture, you can click to capture website and social content as you browse, then select all the content you want and add it to the Team Updates Module in the Marketing dashboard of your chosen campaign.
