Once data is in a Module, you can update or share it at any time.

In most Modules, you will see a circled ellipsis next to pieces of information. This is the Action button.

Using this you can Edit information, Share it with the Campaign Team, set it as a Target or as Embargoed, create Alerts, Star it for Campaign Reports/Highlights or Delete the information.

Direct Editing

For the Online PR and Print PR dashboards ONLY, you can edit information directly in the modules - so you don't have to click the Action button each time.

To edit information directly in your modules, simply:

  1. Double click on the entry you want to edit.
  2. Update the Date, Publication/Website, Circulation/Reach, Section, Type, Content, Notes as well as the uploaded file.
  3. Click on Save.

This works for all modules in Print and Online PR except for Quotes and Diary.
